Server Name: CNB01 and CNB02
Symptoms: Scheduled Maintenance - Outage expected

In order to complete the application install on the mirrored DataCenter server (CNB02) the BackupServer service needs to be stopped on CNB01. This will result in a Connected Backup service outage. I expect this outage to last about 30 mins. Agents will either reconnect when the service becomes avaiable ,or fail the currently running backup which will report an error and reschedule another backup at the next scheduled interval.

Agents will be affected as there is no fail-over while the CNB02 hardware upgrade is in porcess.

SupportCenter and Account Management web pages should be unaffected.

18:00 Update: Connected Backup service has been restored and agents are reconnecting to CNB01. CNB02 is still under maintenance.
