Server Name: Unified Messaging SIP Gateway
Symptoms: Multiple reports of Exchange voice mail users that are not receiving incoming faxes via Exchange voice mail. Condition has been confirmed by operations staff as well.
Comments: One of the Unified Messaging gateways will be rebooted at 5:30PM tonight in effort to correct this condition. There is a redundant gateway in production for failover purposes while the primary gateway is being rebooted.
