Symptoms: Centrex Exchange Voice Mail users are experiencing message waiting indicator problems. The lamps will stay on with no messages in the mailbox or it is not functioning at all. A technician are working on the degraded service for resolution.

The message waiting indicator degradation has been referred to our vendor for a resolution. At this time ITS does not have an estimated time for restoral.

As of October 10, 2009 08:15am Centrex Exchange Voice Mail users are still experiencing message waiting indicator problems. Our vendor has been updated. At this time they do not have an ETR. Sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.
Comments: The vendor reset their equipment and message waiting lights are working.
