Server Name: scarface.dir, carlitosway.dir, serpico.dir
Symptoms: Users attempting to connect to ldap.itd.umich.edu or ldap-master.itd.umich.edu with TLS/SSL this morning were not able to negotiate a connection. The certs were updated in advance but the service was not restarted. This turned out to be necessary. The service was restarted on the affected hosts after problems were reported.

Other authentication strategies were not affected.
