Symptoms: End-users that use the Exchange voice mail personal operator (or zero out) feature to dial another extension from the voicemail greeting are unable to do so.

When a user presses 0 during the voicemail greeting for the operator it is simply ignored by the system now since a critical security configuration change was made this past Friday (10/2/09).
Comments: With the help of Microsoft we think we have a workaround for the personal operator issue, so we plan to implement in production this weekend since we have engineering approval to move forward. This workaround has been successfully tested in the lab.
