Symptoms: The VaaS service is experiencing network issues, which is causing connectivity problems for a few UMROOT core servers. Users may experience the following symptoms:

* Some Outlook users may get disconnected
* Logins and directory searches may experience brief delays
* Entourage and off-campus LDAP users may experience disconnects or slowness
* WINS name resolution may experience brief delays
Comments: 12:20 - The VaaS folks report that service has been restored. No issues have been seen since then.
