After analyzing the data and performing further tests, it appears that inbound faxing was non-functional only in specific, non-systemic instances. At this time, we expect all inbound faxes to process correctly to the Unified Servers, please contact exchangevm-support@umich.edu if you have an incident where this is not the case.

The service restart is complete, but the initial tests do not look promising. The diagnostic information that was captured will be analyzed for further action.
Apologies for the report sent just prior to this one, this is a correction to that report.
Multiple reports of Exchange voice mail users that are not receiving incoming faxes via Exchange voice mail. Condition has been confirmed by operations staff as well.

| The Unified Messaging services will be restarted at 10PM tonight in effort to correct this condition. There servers are redundant, so services should continue while each is restarted. |
