Symptoms: The Cisco ICD phones are currently out of service. A switch personnel has been contacted and is working on the resolution. At this time ITS does not have a estimated time of restoral. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All ICD phones are now back in service. A switch personnel is still investigating the cause of the outage.
