Symptoms: Connectivity to UMCE services (DSN, mail, web, etc.) in Arbor Lakes may be interrupted briefly.
Comments: We will be resetting hardware and doing some testing to try to identify the cause of this morning's outage.

The problem on Tuesday morning appears to have been caused by a transient hardware problem; that module has been reset, we'll be watching it to see if it there are further problems with it.
