Symptoms: Exchange fax services is currently not working. The incoming fax will come into the email box as a missed call. A technician is investigating the degradation.

A technician is still working on resolution with faxes going to Exchange mailboxes. This does not affect Fax Servers for Open Enrollment.
Comments: The fax services was moved to a different gateway for resolution.
