| Symptoms: | A patch (Check Point HFA10) will be installed on the SEB Cluster. This patch will fix a number of issues we have seen that are not customer affecting. This installation will drop all stateful connections such as FTP, SSH, SCP, etc and will be approximately 2 minutes of downtime during this activity. This is an offical release of the patch being installed. All customers assigned to the SEB cluster will be affected.
