The UofM Telephone System is being Upgraded. Calls in progress should NOT drop. There should not be any Outage during the Upgrade of the SL-100 Telephone System.
The Contact Call Center will experiance approximately a 30 Minute Outage where they will be answering Contact Center ACD Calls through the SL-100 ACD Group instead of the Contact Call Center. We will notify the Customer who are still open at the time of our Upgrade to be sure they are working before, during and after the Upgrade of the SL-100 Telephone System.
Periodic Updates to this FLN will occur during the Upgrade of the Telephone System.
11:30pm Update: SL-100 upgrade is proceeding as expected. We have successfully passed the first phase of the process.
1:00am Update: Successful testing continues.
1:30 a.m. Update: Second Phase of the Process is finished and successful. All Services are restored. |
