Symptoms: User's will not be able to leave nor retrieve Vmail Messages from the UM Voice Mail System. Call Pilot User only, not Exchange User's.

Menu and Announcement Services have been rerouted temporarily, until Service is restored.

UM Voice Mail Service is restored. Staff will investigate as to what caused the Outage. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
